Lindsey Labelle
Lindsey LaBelle is a local singer/songwriter who joined the Gerry’s team in 2020. Born and raised in South Hadley, into a musical family, Lindsey has been involved in music since she was 3 years old. Lindsey graduated from South Hadley High School in 2002 and explored performing and composing opportunities through her young adulthood. In 2010, The Lindsey LaBelle Band was established with their first studio album released in 2011. A few of her most memorable moments as a performer include traveling across New England, New York, and to Nashville for shows. She’s had the pleasure of opening for growing country stars such as Big & Rich, Hunter Hayes, and Thompson Square, to name a few. Lindsey attributes her love for music, including being the youngest person to know every Neil Diamond song, to her parents. Her largest musical influences are Miranda Lambert and Neil Young.
There are many things Lindsey enjoys about working at Gerry’s, though she most appreciates building connections with co-workers as well as supporting relationships with educators. She loves seeing the joy and excitement from students with new instruments, and seeing the growth of music education! Lindsey has dedicated her role at Gerry’s to deepening our community connections and support through establishing our annual food drive and other outreach efforts.
